The Classic Equine Zone Felt/Fleece Western Saddle Pad utilizes the newest technology available in a saddle pad, featuring a plush fleece bottom for protection with comfort. The pad incorporates Zoombang, a lightweight polymer material that is soft and comfortable at rest but instantly changes to behave as an elastic solid upon impact, dissipating and transferring energy from blunt forces. The Classic Equine Zone Felt/Fleece Pad features a vented Zoombang insert, which remains securely in place, providing conformal layered protection. The insert remains soft until it is impacted, such as in a hard sliding stop, at which point it immediately behaves as a solid, dissipating the impact. Once the impact is dissipated, the insert softens again. The insert is covered with a 100% wool felt top to provide a deadening layer of protection, and the bottom of the pad is a plush fleece that offers long-term softness and comfort.

The Classic Equine Felt/Fleece Saddle Pad features a Zoombang insert, a 100% wool felt top, and a 100% merino fleece bottom. The total pad thickness is 1 inch, and the pad measures 31 inches by 32 inches. The vented Zoombang insert remains securely in place, providing conformal layered protection that softens upon impact and then returns to its soft state after the impact is dissipated.
